On February 17th, we celebrated the Grand Opening of Radcliffe Steak & Seafood. Radcliffe Steak & Seafood replaces Katie's On the Lake and offers an improved dining experience with comfortable new seating and a delicious menu. The name change was partially driven from customer feedback regarding the use of "On the Lake" given the location of the lake to the restaurant. Even though Lake Sammamish is just across the street, and very visible, "Katie's On the Lake" could suggest it is directly on the lake and we do not want confusion. In addition to a new name the menu is also new and improved! Menu samplers were shared during the grand opening celebration and the feedback was fantastic! Unfortunately, we could not celebrate long as there was a significant water leak during the night that flooded the floor... so we are changing the name back to Katie's On the Lake... kidding! All jokes aside, the leak was pretty bad and has forced us to temporarily shut down both Radciffe Steak & Seafood as well as neighboring restaurant, Katie's Family Kitchen, for a few weeks to repair the damage. We are taking this temporary closure as an opportunity to improve, remodel and redecorate. Both restaurants will reopen in April on Easter Sunday. Radcliffe Steak & Seafood's special Easter menu is already prepared. Call 425-392-8286 to reserve a table for Easter Sunday.
Kryptonite Bar & Pizza, the other neighbor to Radcliffe Steak & Seafood, was not affected by the water damage and will remain open during this period. For information on Kryptonite Bar & Pizza including hours of operation and the pizza menu visit https://kryptonitebarandpizza.com.
